It's been a full 3 months since I started with Nu Energy and have lost 17 lbs but still have a few more to go before I am at my goal.
I have learned a lot about the foods I need to intake more of, the amount of water to drink on a daily basis, the exercise needed EVERYDAY, and maintaining consistency. Consistency is key to success.
I feel better about myself, and am stronger than I was before I started. I will have another BMI on Monday to reveal what my metabolism has done since the last one I had a month or so ago.
It will determine if I have achieved my goal weight or if I still have a couple more lbs to go..
Then, it's maintaining this... This step is more of a challenge than the weightloss itself.
I look forward to this next chapter..
